At CIIF 2024 Expo, SEER Robotics' new controller leads the upward moment

The 24th China International Industry Fair (CIIF) opened at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center on September 24, 2024.


The six consecutive years of the Expo have witnessed the growth and breakthrough of SEER Robotics. As the first enterprise in the field of mobile robots to participate in the Expo independently, SEER Robotics continues to lead the forefront of the robot industry, from the initial mobile robot controller to today's complete controller product line and full-scene digital software. SEER Robotics makes the leap from a single product to a total solution.


Standing at the new starting point of its sixth exhibition, SEER Robotics remains true to its original intent, continuously delving into technological innovation. The latest universal intelligent robot controller SRC-5000 shines at the expo, once again demonstrating its leading position and strong momentum for development in the robotics field.




The theme of this exhibition is "SEER Robotics, Build your own robot fleet within days". The SEER Robotics booth has carried out a comprehensive display and interpretation around this concept. The exhibition area is divided into three functional areas: car building area, car selection area and car use area. The purpose is to provide visitors with a complete and coherent experience link, and more intuitive experience of the whole process of intelligent robots from manufacturing to selection to use.



1. Let there be no barriers to building robots

SEER Robotics offers a one-stop solution for robot manufacturing, addressing core control issues with comprehensive components and functionality libraries. The SRC series includes entry-level controller SRC-880, general controller SRC-2000, and safety controller SRC-3000FS. The SRC-5000, SEER Robotics' latest controller for 2024, achieves another innovation in performance and application, successfully overcoming key technical challenges with highly integrated control.


The SRC-5000 features a novel hardware architecture and new distributed robot system software, boasting rich AI processing and floating-point capabilities for high-precision real-time 3D object recognition. It includes a real-time operating system and time-sensitive networking for precise control. The navigation system has been upgraded to support advanced hybrid navigation using VSLAM and laser SLAM, enhancing overall applicability. Notably, the SRC-5000 supports continuous learning optimization, becoming smarter and more efficient with use.


The SRC-5000 not only facilitates the manufacture of advanced composite and general mobile robots but also supports the creation of wheeled humanoid robots, which debuted alongside complete tooling at the event. With a focus on actual industrial needs, SEER Robotics addresses the rising demand for humanoid robots in the industry, with wheeled variants being more accessible, cost-effective, and stable than footed humanoid robots.






2. Let there be no threshold for selecting robots


The selection area of the booth showed a total of 3 trucks and 4 trucks from the partner models, of which 6 forklifts based on the dispatch system to achieve high-speed circle in the same venue, all forklifts running circle speed reached 1.7~1.8m/s, the whole high-speed driving, the speed at the corner did not significantly decrease, the overall operation efficiency is higher.


Additionally, the exhibition displayed the forklifts’ AI adaptive recognition and picking capabilities, easily identifying wrapped pallets and accommodating various types such as differently sized pallets, damaged pallets, irregular pallets, and turtle vehicles.


To shorten the time for customers to select vehicles, SEER Robotics introduced the world’s first customer-centered cloud vehicle selection platform—Nebula Platform. This platform integrates partner vehicle libraries and SRC-based solutions, accumulating practical application experience to guide users in quickly obtaining suitable robotic solutions, saving significant time and costs.






3. Let there be no threshold for using robots


SEER Robotics' digital software focuses on enhancing the efficiency of automated operations and unlocking the potential of robots. By improving functionality, it enhances the ease of use of robots and provides a superior interactive experience, ensuring that using robots has no barriers.


The M4 intelligent logistics management system efficiently manages automated warehousing logistics centered on robots. It adapts to real-time conditions, such as battery levels, task paths, and available robotic resources, to achieve optimal solutions for task allocation, route planning, and inventory distribution, thereby improving logistics efficiency in various scenarios. The M4 truly embodies an All-in-One system, integrating multiple solutions to meet diverse needs, including multi-vehicle scheduling without warehouse management, single vehicle scheduling without traffic management, integrated warehousing and distribution, and optical communication scenarios. These correspond to the four main product segments of M4: QuickStore, QuickGo, QuickLight, and QuickFleet.


At the exhibition, the QuickGo 2.0 interactive experience area allows attendees to remotely control robots on-site. The newly upgraded QuickGo 2.0 supports manipulation of multiple vehicle types, various access methods, and usage across multiple terminals. Users can directly control the movement of the robot and its mechanisms with a virtual joystick, automatically planning navigation paths and supporting order dispatch.


The 3D digital twin in the visualization product series remains the most popular experience area among attendees. With interactive handles, users can immerse themselves in a 1:1 high-precision digital world, easily switching between perspectives to create an immersive environment.
